i feel the exact same way. throughtout high school, i had a steady boyfriend...but always felt an equal attraction to men and women. after he and i broke up, i was still thinking that it was just a phase, or i was simply curious. but it's been 5 years of me feeling this way... i think it's pretty safe to say that i'm bi!
you'd think that liking both sexes would make dating easier: you have twice the population that gay or straight people have! but it's not. it's extremely confusing: should i date him or her? will this person have a problem with my sexuality?
but the bottom line is, it doesn't matter if you fall for a girl or a guy. all that matters is that you find someone you click with, someone who loves you just the way you are.
i know how hard it is to feel sad and lonely (i've been single for a year!)- but the right person will come along. just give it time and patience. :)

Shes right--time and patience. I know it seems like it's never going to happen--but those who seek, find. Concentrate on knowing yourself as well as you can--this gives you the ultimate understanding of who is compatible with you and who isnt. Then you go for that ideal person and never settle. Male, female? Does it matter as long as you find someone who loves you?
