Bisexuality Support Group
Bisexuality is a sexual orientation which refers to the aesthetic, romantic, and/or sexual attraction of individuals to other individuals of both their own and the opposite gender or sex. Most bisexuals are not equally attracted to men and women, and may even shift between states of finding either sex exclusively attractive over the course of time.
The first thing I want you to know is, you have time before you need to make any decision, about your sexuality. There is no rush, you can sit back and relax for a little while. After you've done that then you can find someone to talk to, whether it be here, or if you can find someone you can sit down face to face with (which is the best way if you ask me). I know how difficult that can be. Check with your school counsellor and see if there are any free counselling services in your area.
I know you want to avoid talking to your parents, that is very understandable, most people want to avoid that in the beginning. Maybe you can bring up the subject of gays and lesbians, in everyday conversation with your friends, and see if any of them are gay friendly, if so then you have someone talk to.
I dated girls and guys all through high school, I came out after I graduated. When I finally realized who I was, and for the first time in my life I was happy with who I was, I wanted to tell everyone, and if they did not accept it, that was their loss.
It could be that you are just going through a hard time right now, and you end up deciding that you are straight. That will be ok also. This decision is yours, and no one else can make it for you, and don't let anyone tell you different. When you are ready, you will know who you are, it's just going to be a tough time between now and then, but with help you will make it.
Keep us updated on what is going on with you, There are questions way back in the back of your mind that you don't even want to talk about, much less tell someone, those are the questions you need to ask here. No one here will judge you, we are all the same as you. I hope things get better for you real soon.
