Coming out is often an ongoing process. It's almost something you have to navigate with each person or group you meet. In terms of your family, the thing I would suggest is start small and close. Think about your most trusted family members and decide if you would be safe in coming out to them (both in their reactions and ability to keep it private).

I don't know if I could or should tell anyone but my wife...family and friends would disown me...

I can’t say I would come out to anybody but my wife found some internet activities I had been using. At that point I figured honesty was the best policy so I came totally clean to her and admitted to my bisexual past. It was difficult admitting those things to her because it was still difficult for me to accept myself. I also had to answer some difficult questions from her. However admitting to her that I got aroused by giving a guy oral sex made me face and admit that I was bisexual. I have only admitted to her.

I know she has told her kids which has been difficult for me to face them. Once you tell somebody it is no longer a secret.

I'm not so sure it is a good idea to tell anyone. Many of us, including me, have had some attraction to our own sex as well as the opposite, especially when young. Telling friends and family is inviting them to label you as bisexual and perhaps get the wrong idea. Also, we can all change, especially when we are young.
