not at all. kissing is a very intimate act. i love kissing in general...men and women. my preference has always been men..but i have kissed my share of girls. try to relax your mind. close your eyes and try it. start lowly. tell the guy you are with the truth. hopefully he will be considerate and let you take it at a pace you are comfortable with.

I think a kiss on the lips holds a lot of meaning in our society. I actually applaud you on your ability to wait, even if it is involuntary. You're not strange at all. It's not strange to want to wait for the kind of person you really want and the gender you want.

No your not weird at all, I used to date a guy that would not kiss me, on the lips, he would kiss my body, and my face, but not the lips. At first it upset me some, but after I got to know him I knew it wasn't personal, he just could not do that, so I gave him his space, finally one day we were laying in bed facing each other cuddling and just talking about anything, and he leaned over and kissed me, just a quick peck, then he lip locked me for a while, then after that he wouldn't do it again.

I have that same problem, so your not alone! But it is weird that its hard for me to get over that....lol
