ZOLOFT WITHDRAWL

can somebody tell me if you try to wean off zoloft while useing another anti depressent will i still have those bad withdrawl symptoms??? or atleast lessen them? anybody done this?

if you ween yourself slowly, you should be able to avoid withdrawl symptoms all together.
good luck w/ the new med.

only on the one and that's zoloft I've been on and off it a few times. I think with the effects of the other it will be fine. .

Yes, ween yourself slowly and I am sure that you will get off of Zoloft smoothly.

I took a lot of AD and almost all the time never weaned off.
I was on Zoloft 3 times, two times my doctor told to stop Zoloft and start something else, and I had no problems.
But one time I had to stop it cold turkey and didn't start anything else (no insurance/money). And this is when I had to worst ever brain zaps that didn't stop until another doctor gave me for a short period of time some free Lexapro samples.
So if you wean off and start another AD you will be fine.
