Mom and I have errands to run this morning. She said we can get sushi for lunch though. I go back to work today. What are you looking forward to this weekend?

Quick, before the evil MONday gets here! Let's climb those mountains, dance in the meadows, dip our feet in the ocean....Okay, so most of us won't be doing any of That. Sadly. But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...

I wasn't sure if you were looking to find something for tremors related to the Lamictral or if the tremors had been an issue prior to the meds, but thought the study my be useful since a lot of the forum seems to be on it.
I hope whatever the case is, we get you straightened out. <3
Here's the link. You can scroll down for the full paper, and there are other papers related to Lamictal below that.

The big consensus in the medical community seems to be to stop meds or if there is no viable replacement, refuce dosage.
Two links below - 1st is from The Journal of Clinical Neurology. Gives very comprehensive information about the tremors, causes, etc.
The 2nd is an article from Science Daily citing research from the University of Copenhagen about possible benefits from mefical marijuana (closest to herbal treatment I could find).

Hope there is good info that helps you guys!! HUGS!!!

Then, there is also a wearable device (requires prescription) that uses targeted stimulation. Something to look at, but I think the top link seems have more comprehensive results.

This last one - not sure what kind of site this is - but, there are some relaxation type things listed that might have benefit. Also lists some herbal supplements but mentions passion flower, so if you want to try any of the others you should do good research on them first.

it is affecting my moods have to be careful
I think I would look into the ultrasound therapy if this ever becomes an issue for me. I like that it has instant effect, minimal risks, non-evasive (especially that part), and is a 1 time treatment. I can't keep track of whether I have taken my meds & all on any given day, so supplementing them would be hit & miss. Hubs has to put my meds out for me every morning. I'm a total spaz about stuff like that and my memory is terribly sketchy.
Glad you said cuz I feel pretty happy now about it. Wasn't worried about my feelings, but is nice that you are getting some relief. <3
