today I went to the park with my sister, niece and nephew. While walking down the sidewalk we went past a group of people and One said “hey there!” To my sister. I glanced over and almost shit my pants because it was my ex! My anxiety immediately flew up and I just continued walking like I didn’t see him. My sister must’ve chatted a while because she didn’t catch up to me for a few yards. I dated this guy for four years and the depression that followed led to my bipolar and anxiety diagnoses. I can’t even speak his name with a flair of anxiety. I called my. I’m and she just told me to relax.
Move feared this day for a couple of years; that I would see him and launch into a panic attack. I ended up leaving g the park early. My poor niece wanted to play but I couldn’t stay. I’m home now and still a bit anxious but at least I’m safe here. Anyway, it happened and I handled it. The worst didn’t happen. I made it

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
