When I sleep during a nightmare phase, I wrap a rosary around my wrist to serve as a physical reminder that they are only dreams. During a bad spell - such as this one - I will wear my rosary all day to remind myself I am not running on all 8 cylinders. Save long term decisions and reactions for a better day. Easy does it.
