Hey everyone. I have been away from here for a bit but I wanted to share something. Several months ago I stopped all my bipolar meds. I couldn't do it anymore. I felt awful each day from what they did to me, my liver started having problems, and I was frustrated. I packed up and left the place I went for therapy and meds. I didn't feel I was getting what I needed. However, my intention was to go elsewhere. That didn't happen mainly bc I still owe the other place. I'm at a point now where I recognize Ive been doing bad things and will probably do more because I know I'm getting to a manic phase. My depression was bad but this mania is making me feel great at the moment. I know what's next but I feel like it's something I can't stop. I'm struggling and I'm a little scared bc I'm not always in my right mind.

Mom and I have errands to run this morning. She said we can get sushi for lunch though. I go back to work today. What are you looking forward to this weekend?

Quick, before the evil MONday gets here! Let's climb those mountains, dance in the meadows, dip our feet in the ocean....Okay, so most of us won't be doing any of That. Sadly. But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...

Mania feels good for only a little while in my experience.
(((hugs))) Feel better soon.
