Well, I feel totally different within myself, so even though I never thought about the world being different, the result might as well be the same!!!
When I'm depressed, I feel very, very tired, cold, and as if I am made out of lead and walking at the bottom of the sea and my mind moves in slow motion, my concentration shot. When I get like that, it generally lasts about 4 months!!
Other than that, though, everything is just fine!! LOL!!!!

Yes! When I walk out my door I know I will be hit with the world of "normal" people. They are a very interesting species to have to deal with. I always feel like I am in a different world because I know I am. Even my most closest and educated friends cannot get the whole picture....it annoys me very much! I suppose people will never understand us completely unless they walk in our shoes...too bad cause we are pretty talented in alot of areas.....their loss.

Most of the time it is like I got sucked into a black hole...and life gets squeesed out of me...things seam darker dirtier like the world got painted in crap....

I feel the same way when I hit a depression. You arent alone hon.

Totally the same, very dark, and the darkness is made worse when something external happens such as an argument etc.

These illnesses have been crippling for me, but I keep hoping the next month won't be like the last.

I need to start school again next month. So far, I have always landed myself in the hospital right before the semester began. Last semester, I got the closest when I applied and had my financial aid money coming, was planning to take the Compass test, and scheduled to meet with my vocational rehabilitation counselor. Then, I took a month supply of Ambien, and found myself in the ER...on my way to the crisis unit...for 27 days. Mania and potentially abusive drugs don't mix.

I guess I'll keep trying, though. I have nothing better to do.
