Why can't I learn to keep my mouth shut. My husband had something important to do today. He asked if I wanted to go with him. Since he said something that hurt me earlier I lashed out. Then when i could have made it better I just made it worse.
Now my husband is saying that he isn't going to talk to me about how he feels anymore. I really messed up this time. I don't understand why I constantly push him away when we don't agree on something.
I am so tired of being a screws up. I don't think I will ever get over the mood swings.
