Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I am about some things. I'm not bothered by black cats because we've had a few in my life. Also, I've heard backstory on the superstition. There's a few others that don't bother me.
There is one that I don't remember how it caught on with me. It's when something good is about to happen, I don't want to tell anyone because it might not come true. Wierd. When I eat M&M's, I eat them in a color sequince I pick (brown, green, yellow, orange, blue and red). I've done that since I was a kid.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I am OCD and I do separate my M&M's into color groups and only eat 1 color at a time, but I do that with all colored foods.....I separate my socks, tshirts, undies, etc. all by color. Its an OCD thing. My closets are organized by color.
Since I was young and due to the poem ;
One for sorrow,
Two for joy etc etc
If I see a loner asshat of a magpie I do a ritual of everything I was ever told I should do as a kid by my friends to make sure it won’t give me bad luck.
I blow it a kiss
Touch something black
Then salute it and say a sentence (sometimes do this part in my head when I’m in public, because well, it’s weird)
I know the magpie won’t give me bad luck but think I’ve been conditioned to fear the loner Magpie. Gawd I hate Magpies.
