Who Experiences Dizziness?

Christmas is the roughest time of year for me due to a traumatic event that told you about here a short time ago.  Not only am I very depressed, my body is falling apart.  My body feels like it's turning into stone with severe fatigue.  I'm expiriencing a lot of dizziness.  I've almost fallen down several times.  I'm having memory trouble.  My son caught me leaving the bathroom having left the sink faucet on full.  I've never done that before.

Jenn you can try a couple of things. First, your electrolytes might be off balance...drink some pedi lite. If you don't take a multi vit with vit b 12,6, magnesium and vit d...these are all really important for your daily health. Try to drink at least 40oz if water, you could be dehydrated which causes weakness and dizziness.

I would call your doctor and have him/her check you out sweetie....It could be inner ear... A number of things but I would hate for you to be hurt

I have memory problems as well... I think it may be med related but my pdoc thinks it's stress/anxiety

Beloved, this could also be heart related so please get a physical check up. I know someone who had stroke like symptoms at church and refused to go to the emergency room (pre-covid). I was so worried, I knew she needed to seek help right then but she refused and her husband refused and that was part of her stroke so her husband should have forced her into care. So don't wait, get medical help.

I tried getting medical help but all you get is a phone appt. with the dr. and they said it was Vertigo due to stress. Because of Covid-19, all attention goes to that and everything gets a back seat.

I had a dizzy spell today and started drinking more water. I think I get dehydrated bc I get just and forget to stay hydrated!

It's strange every thing you are experiencing is the same thing as me but I don't know what's going on somethings I do i have suddenly stop, I know how you feel you are not alone, message me any time. Maybe we can sort this out together.
