I was in the hospital three times last spring and accomplished very little and now I'm having periodic episodes of suicidal desire like I've never had before that are not at all manic and severe but very calm and thoughtful as though there were no hope at all. I'm not sure if I should go back to the hospital because the bills are still coming in from my last three visits and I feel like a leech on my father and don't want to cost him any more money but I don't want to feel like this anymore. My next psychiatric appointment is in January and the doctor will be putting me on another medication along with risperdal. When the hell is is necessary to go to the hospital?

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

It's always better to be as safe as possible... Feeling hopeless is a dangerous place to be
If you can't get in to see your psych early Rig I would either go to emerg or call a crisis centre to discuss what's going on right now... Big hug for you....x
