Just got done getting all my football bets placed for the weekend, then submitted an application for the community college so I can take an additional class next semester. now it looks like nap time.

I was so tired I skipped my shrink appt today. I never do that. He offered to do a phone session. I don't like those. So I still owe the man money for today. If you don't give 24 hours notice, you have to pay.

Some people get pissy about that but I think it's fair. Someone else could have used my place. So I will see him Monday. Tomorrow I get my test results.

Also, can't stop craving Taco Bell and Cherry Limeades. Bad for me, I know. What is wrong with me? Some weird parasite. Jeez. Normal. I want to be normal.

sitting here procrastinating about making dinner and doing the dishes.

i try to follow a list for the grocery store. I have bad panic attacks riding in cars and going into stores, so I really like to limit my shopping trips. I make one big list and try to get it all done in one trip.

Get diet cherry limeades - the cherry flavoring covers up the diet taste.. but then again I am used to diet drinks.. (love sonic & yes it is baaad)

Tremor.........I am sorry you have anxiety that bad. What does your doc say? Do you take meds for anxiety?

Well I'm going through a Criminal Justice program at ITT. Each semester is 3 classes per week. I'm going to add another class each semester at the local community college to fill the rest of the time. Help cure my boredom. I"m going to pursue a Psychology degree in addition to the CJ degree. I might be the next Reid from Criminal Minds. =)

Thanks Chelle. LOL. Husband bringing me a limeade but dinner is at mom's house. Who can and will turn down a homemade Italian meal for fast food? But Taco Bell tomorrow night for sure.

It is really bad. Right now I am only on lexapro and ambien. The lexapro isn't helping at all. My therapist and med dr want me to call a psychiatrist, but I also have this weird phone phobia, so making phone calls also gives me panic attacks. It really sucks.

Tremor..........I'm so sorry for your illness. I used to be somewhat that way. I just snapped out of it seems like. I still ain't gung ho on making calls and such. I will let them pile up until I have several to make and then dive bomb them first thing in the afternoon or first thing in the morning.
