what will you miss most about summer

I'm going to miss swimming in the sun. I still have the rec center but it isn't the same.

I will miss how long the days are, and the abundance of produce at the grocery store. I will also miss going outside (not at the peak hot hours) and just feeling so WARM in the sun :)

I will miss the sunsets at 8pm. I don't like it getting dark so early!

I'm off for a day of music outside today and will savor it til next June! And the sun is shining.

First of all I'd like to point out that summer is not technically over. I do not do anything pumpkin before September 22, when autumn "officially" starts! (Although I realize many people are already experiencing harsh weather... supposed to be a hard winter in the US.) I will miss EVERYTHING. I am prone to seasonal affective disorder, so shorter days, not as strong a sun, no swimming outdoors... ugh, I get sad just thinking about it!

It gets so hot here, sitting outside is nearly impossible.

What I will miss

Is sunsets at close to 9 PM.

The way it {usually} cools down at night, and sitting on my back deck watching the starts

The sound of night birds calling and peep frogs

I won't miss a thing, can't WAIT for it to be OVER. The brutality of the sun has made my days miserable. I long for cooler weather where I can at least breathe the air.

I live for Winter...I've been waiting all summer for the weather to change.
I like that fact thati t gets darker later in the summer, but that's about it.
And no, no pumpkins til 9/22.

I live for Fall! Summer is so hot! I will miss BBQs and swimming with my nephews.

wearing as few clothes as possible. Friday night and Saturday were chilly here and we had a football game and band festival. I had to put jeans on Friday and I was so uncomfortable that I put yoga pants on for Saturday. I'm going to have to put socks on soon too. Yuck
