Bored too. Recovering from surgery on Wed. Pain meds make me sleepy. I feel weighed down.

It's 78 today here over by St. Louis. What part of VA are you in? I am from a little town 60 miles north of Bristol.

Biggest plan for the day is taking daughter for an ekg to establish a baseline.

It's been so hot and muggy here all week about 100 degrees... Today we're supposed to be in for a big storm late in the day but fortunately tomorrow this heat wave is supposed to break

I'm going to be dog sitting for a couple of days in a bit... Rascal and Harley are great friends so they should have a fun weekend..

No cooking...My landlord/friend is going away for the weekend so it'll be toast and soup for me... I do most of the cooking for the two of us and don't bother much when he isn't here..

So not too much interesting going on here but there's a lot to be said for peace...smile..xo

Me izza happy chicken atm. A Good thing. Playing dress-up with new clothes from my sister's sister-in-law (who has gaboodles of money and throws out Everything about every six months and starts over - yay for Me)....busy making Cool digital collage sheets for sale soon....still getting my daily reading fix of Breaking Dawn (don't Anyone say it!!) ('trying' to break out of it with everything from Ben Franklin's bio, to Alistair Cooke, to The Wind Is My Mother).....

.....booooorrrring. But Happy! Just having a good day breathing the air, working toward meditating again, thinking of astral projecting like before....um, trying to Not become, um, bipolar?

That's about it. It's warm outside. I hate coffee. My sister's dog threw up on me. Yep, that's about it.

I've been bombarded with emotions lately and this morning is no exception!

My daughter is coming over with her friend and we're going to the beach. Thank God she makes me go places, otherwise, I'd never go anywhere but the gym!

The weather here is in the low 80's but there's supposed to be humidity starting tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to that.

28 Celsius here in Northern Ireland; 82 Fahrenheit; and I'm sweltering. (I melt above 80)

At least it isn't as humid as last week, even though it's technically warmer.

Oh ggeeeeezzzz I just wrote a lengthy response to all of you and it totally fell off the planet on me....wth????

That was the short version of my post that fell off the planet! *smile*

I was able to sell my old sewing machine and buy a newer one and guess what just came to the door!!!! I wish I felt better today though, but I am somewhat excited about it to a degree and would be jumping up and down with enthusiasm if I felt better...kinda crampy atm...ugh!!!

Today starts our annual " Peach Festival "

Our normally VERY small town will be inundated with several thousand more people ...... and no place to park !

The heat is going to be over 100 today, so they have set up Cooling Tents ....an idea I suggested YEARS ago !

Problem with having the Peach Festival this time of year.....The dang Peaches are NOT RIPE yet.

SO...NO fresh Peach pie
NO fresh Peach ice cream
NO fresh Peach cobbler !

I'm staying inside, I may venture out later to go grocery shopping

91 degrees near Dallas, Texas here.

Kinda overcast...looks like possible rain, which I would love. Definitely calls for rain tomorrow.

Nice under the blanket, reading a book sort of day.

It has been cold in the mornings, I'm in heavy pants and a sweater. Thick cloud cover over here on the Oregon coast (USA). It might be in the 70's now, the sun is trying to peak out.

I was stood up for a lunch date with the husband, so I'm glum. Just sitting in my office looking up some various paintings on Pinterest. I'm going to start painting next week. I've finished up all my digital work and have to come up with something new to do. I have better coffee in the studio then I do at home - so I'm just sitting here.

I'm glad that it's Friday. This has been a very long, obnoxious, WTF week and it's been mentally draining. Bout to go take myself a quick shower and just relax

It's been cool (high 80's) in Tx. But it's been raining too and we really need the rain. It will will in the 100's again next week so I am having a good week weather wise. I am having a Greek lunch in a cyber caf.
Life sucks but at least there are some cyber cafe's I can go to and drink coffee and use my computer here- get out of my mother's house (box) for a few hours to keep my sanity.

It is so hot here as well. About 90 here in Alabama but we have bad humidity too so it feels so much worse.

Just got home from work and happy to have two days off at home :)

No plans but just to relax, maybe read a little and no cooking for me, lol.

Got home from work at about 4:30 central time. Had a good day cashiering at Target. I got 3 customers to get Target debit cards which is a big thing. I am so up right now. I've never gotten that many in a day. I even won large Starbucks frappicino for it.

It's in the high 80's today. I think it got up to 90 earlier. The humidity is up. I'm staying in in the Air Conditioning. Staying cool.

I have tomorrow off so that's another good thing. My depression has lifted for a while today so that is good.
