Hi Jan! Happy New Year, missed your smiling responses while your computer was down! Very cold in CT 2 degrees over night, now 11....not as Burrrr as you though...how do you keep warm? Must be fantastic heat cost!!! ((((Hugs)))

It has been in the balmy teens here my new digs and I can barely get my nose out from under the blankets. I've missed the deep south more in the last 2 weeks than in the 9 months since I left, but they've been freakishly cold, too. It's supposed to warm into the 40's tomorrow. Hope springs eternal.

I've been working computers for long enough that I had to build my own first PC's. They're all refurbished to me. My current laptop is old enough to give a tablet user backaches. Welcome to my cloud, Sun. Wanna go poke some fun at the Latest Greatest addicts with me?

No plans, just want to get on the plus side of things in my bank account. Working a job that is physically and mentally challenging. So far everything is in order there. I just have to stay healthy. (mentally and physically)

Here in Northern CA we complain about it being 45! I haven't forgot my "glory days" in Minneapolis...haven't been in harsh winter since. Here in the "Pacific ring of fire" it rains monsoon style sending us inside for a few days to rethink and repack...

I don't know yet but it seems like 2018 feels better from the get go....a little less of the trepidation that felt everywhere a year ago. I want to hone in on the creative side...drawing, painting, sewing and in my case quilting.

I feel better been doing some massive long walks in an effort to start the new year having lost 10 pounds I'm at 8 and still trucking...

I hope it will be a great year May!!.... Northern California sounds good to me!!
