Hey guys!! What are yuns up to this fine Monday? Are you having a good day? I sure hope so. If not, I am sending super good thoughts your way in hopes that the rest of your day rocks as much as you do. It is, after all, Monday. I am just sitting around in pain, but I will be okay. No worries. I have one dose of pain medicine put up for such a time as this. Unsure whether I will take it or not. Just waiting to see now. I hope all of you have a fine evening/day depending where you are at on this Vast Earth.

Classes start at the university where I work - one week from today, so it's getting to be nuts in the office. I'm glad today's workday is over. Tomorrow is gonna be a doozy for me. I dread it.

I have a doc appointment with a physiatrist on the 30th of September.........in Atlanta. I hate having to go that far, but I need some relief and a doctor with enough damn sense to give it to me. I am not mentioning the fact that I used to be in the care of a pain management doctor and I am also not mentioning the fact that I am bipolar. That is on a need to know basis and as long as there isn't a med interaction, they don't need to know!! I will own up to OCD though because that's where pain meds are more than likely to affect me.
Today -- went to the library, went to buy sneakers for work, and then went to get some ice cream. I couldn't find sneakers that fit. It seems my feet shrunk or something.
