I guess that's not saying much about my motivation.....I blame Depakote for killing my motivation.

I know these meds can really kick out asses in the motivation department!
I think walking is such a help don't you, gives ya time to yourself. or you can take a chattery 15yo with ya and not worry about a thing!!! lol
Kicks in the arse at times are good soup for the soul!!! lol
Faith in God. And the support I recieve from my boyfriend as well as family gives me encouragement.
Fear of losing my husband of 24 years--i'm too mean to him when I'm like that; he's too old to put up with it anymore; too tired of having his needs subjugated by some crazy lady running loose.
Fear of estranging grown kids, losing jobs, etc, etc, etc.
So, in a nutshell it would appear that FEAR is my motivator. My doesn't that sound positive and productive?
Gotta have my coffee in the am...damn did I enjoy it this morning...thinking about making another pot as I sit here!
for me, just sheer boredom alone is my major motivator. i can only climb the walls for so long before i'm inspired to go in the ocean or create something artistic.
I do a 20minute exercise video each morning for my health.
I do laundry once a week so I have clothes to wear.
Other than that I do as little as possible.
I rarely have housework to do cuz I just don't mess things up.
Before meds I wasn't able to do as much as I do now.
Getting part of my next surgery done so I can move back to Florida with my sister who is the only support system I have. I have decided to put off the next 3 surgeries til I have a new job in Florida with insurance. I need out of here asap and I am willing to make some sacrifices to speed up the process of leaving.
Continue to try to stave off a reoccurence of my breast cancer by getting my body healthy.
Working toward being happy soon and over coming my body image problem. I want to look in the mirror and see the new fitter and thinner person I have become in the last year.
The animals in my house/the dogs I attmept to save/ promise to best friend that I would never renig on are what keep my mind going
