I don't know what to tell my Pdoc.
Do I tell about waking up crying? (I AM on a cocktail of pills) Do I tell about snapping at a McD's manager?
Are these BP related or am I just an a22h077?
What level of severity are my outbursts? Am I better or worse than others?
Why did this really start being a huge issue around age 34 or so? I had these problems (depression, mania, job loss) before and I guess i wanted to get fired, so is this the disease? How far back does this go?

I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Only by having a proper dialogue with a professional who has seen and heard it all and therefore has a yardstick to say what is normal, what is pathological and then attribute "blame" to which disorder or factor can you get a proper answer.
You tell your Pdoc everything that your going through. Each incident that seems over-exaggerated, each time you get upset at someone for something tiny, felling manic like you have so much energy your head will blow off if you don't get up and do, do, do.
Times when your depressed, when your so sad you cry on and off all day, or all day. when your so in the dumps it hurts to get out of bed, and facing the day seems like its just too hard. When your so depressed you open your eyes in the morning and your first thought is , "I can't do this".
You just tell your Pdoc everything. You learn to trust them with your feelings, your emotions, your feelings, and your problems. Their job is to take it all in, help you work though it and tell you what it means.
BiPolar can come on an different stages in a persons life. Usually no earlier than 18ish and from then on it can hit at any age. Some people have it for years before they're properly diagnosed.
Just tell your Pdoc all that you feel is off or wrong and let him help you. Your not going to say the wrong thing.
Take care,
