what do you suggest?

I've had this lingering "down" feeling. I've been good at hiding it, but I fear that if some difficult situation comes up I'll go into an episode. My antipsychotic was increased last time I saw my pdoc and I'm really afraid of switching meds for the millionth time. I'm confused and don't know what to report. I have my appointment tomorrow afternoon.

hopefully something can just be tweaked, and you won't have to start a completely new med. it can take up to a month for an increase to be efficient, so hopefully the down feeling is just a crappy side effect or something and you feel better soon.
be really honest with the pdoc and make a list of all the symptoms you've been having.

I am going down too. My doctor is out of town and his replacement is useless. Refuses to tweak, call in meds or even see me. My anxiety is way up there too.

A med tweak will be good for you. Good Luck

I would be straight forward with whatever is going on with your doctor.. that's the only way he/she can help you..
Bring up any med concerns you have... your doc should be willing to work with you and perhaps monitor you a little closer for a while..x
