What do you refuse to do?

Name something you absolutely won't do because of anxiety,depression,mania,etc.

I will NEVER drive in the snow and I won't drive on the highway when it's raining. My anxiety gets the best of me when it comes to both. No amount of therapy or meds will ever change my mind on this.

My boyfriend,family, and friends are all very understanding of my fear and I manage to get around in the winter thanks to them. I will ride in the car just can't drive myself.

I refuse to become a doormat for my Gran. It is difficult trying to maintain my own boundaries, but so far so good! :)

i am afraid to go on a roller coaster but yet for some odd reason i want to go skydiving lol

I refuse to walk across the Golden Gate Bridge having cine close to jumping I can never be casual... Too bad it's a nice walk.

I can't drive on the highway at all. It's so frustrating cuz I have major panic attacks if I do and actually have to pull over on the highway.

All of the things I won't do are just personal choices for me. I won't do anything that I know is going to harm the environment, people or animals.

pretend I'm happy when I'm not; pretend I'm interested in something when I'm not, but I really try to be polite and endure for a little while- it's hard though!

i won't sky dive or bungee jump, or really have anything to do with heights. airplanes don't scare me though, i wonder why?

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
