Went to my primary care physician today

Not only is this bout of depression sudden but I was extremely tired and experience a lot of fatigue.  Then I remembered that I had hypothyroidism in the past.


I was taking medicine for it then the prescription ran out and foolishly I thought it was something I didn't need anymore because I felt fine.


I picked up my thyroid medication and it will be a few days before I feel a difference.


I learned my lesson.  I need to talk to my Dr. before I stop taking a medication .

thyroid problems will NEVER go away unfortunately. You need to make sure you take it everyday at approximately the same each day two hours before.

Yup I have hypothyroidism too. I haven’t really felt any side effects from it caus eit was caught early. Definitely don’t stop taking those meds though

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
