Good evening! I just returned home from my teacher sorority meeting. I had to give a little presentation. I'm picking it apart. People said they enjoyed it, but I feel like I was flat. Also, I always think that people are thinking something is wrong with me when I'm talking to them...which causes anxiety. Going to get a cup of tea and listen to relaxing music to try and get out of my head.

I hope everyone sleeps as well as possible tonight.
