Let's exchange email addresses and create our own personal support system with each other. With those people that you feel will be a safe contact. We could message each other our email addresses. But spell out the symbols. For example..maryatgmaildotcom

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
