I want a place to hide,BP, my marriage. and life in general. I hate myself today, i have nothing to look forward to right now, except an arguement when husband wakes up I am seriusly thinking about ending it all. I don't know how much more emotional upset i can take.

please reconsider your worth. We all have something to offer. right now you are giving me a chance to focus on someone else but myself. My bf can be very cold and callous alot of the time. I wake up everyday wondering what kind of mood he will be in. And I'm the one thats bp.

my boyfriend often feels like this. you should hide in something that relaxes you. like a bath, hot shower, go out for a cig if its your things, go to the zoo (jk), watch a good movie. i dont know. anything to help keep your mind from a downward spiral. i can imagine your like dreading seeing your husband, im sorry if hes not understanding or not a nice person.

i know i dont know you, and you dont know me, but ive recently felt this way, and just maybe an idea can spark of how to take care of YOU.

When I start to feel like this I go for a drive down to the beach ( or near any body of water) and vegitate. It was so peaceful. I wouldnt tell anyone where I was going either. I would stay the night too. It helped me alot.

Hey hang in there. It will get better. When I feel like this I usually watch a funny movie. I have seen" A Fish Called Wanda" many many times.
