He's still on a ventilator and I'm sure it's driving him crazy since when they take him off of the sedation he becomes very agitated and it interferes with weaning him off. I think he's going to have to have a tracheotomy. I'm going to try to keep my opinions to myself because what I really want to do is ask him questions about being off the machine even though he would not survive. But it isn't my place to do that (obviously), however I really think it's what he wants. Or, at least we would know what he wants!!! Trying to keep a distance emotionally.

I think you're doing the right thing.... I believe this has to be the decision of the immediate family....It would be a very difficult decision to make ...I'm sure people hang on to that slight hope that he might wake up and if he's taken off the machine he won't have that chance.. It would be a very hard and painful position for his wife and children.. It's great you're there to support your boyfriend ....xo

    Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.
