Hugs to you. Problem neighbors and apartment living can be frustrating. Maybe some ear buds with nature sounds can help drown it out a little. As long as you’re being respectful of the time when vaccuuming there is no reason for the neighbor upset.

It is hopeless She is still doi g baqnging on wall sorry it is crazy she bangs on the wall of the bedroom I moved i ti the livingroom years ago so she has no idea of what she hears or where it comes from It is her hearing she needs hearing aids she even said she hears noises whatever that means she also goes to bed at 8:00 in the evening and we all know how i sleep I have to just ignore her or move to another apt downstairs which i do not want to do she wont move either so whatever

I hear ya! I used to live in the noisiest apartments ever. And the building manager was berserk. Something was wrong with her. Constant noise, wild and loud parties upstairs all night long. Had to hear man upstairs beating up his poor girlfriend. It was horrible! I finally moved to a much much nicer place. But it was really hard toughing it out until the lease ended. I learned a lot of patience from that.

i have done everything i can but she is complaining the other day she was screaming please the noise never happened before she is doing it on purpose

i wont be evicted and a lot of people all say the ones downstairs complain old building floors creak but a lot i talk about it say they have problems

joys of living upstairs it cannot afford rent anywhere else this is hud housing rent is amazing dirt cheap
