Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
And could you also make another list of things that you have to do and then take a break with some hot tea and take things one thing at a time?
Sometimes, I do stuff like that.
But I do remember the days. I can tell you this, kinda funny. About twice a year, my husband get's really really grumpy. I know it is just to much stress at work, but when my oldest daughter started and we had midol at the house, I would throw it on his lap and walk away. The first time I did it, he asked what the H*** it was for, told him to read the box, then he goes "OH" and it changed the entire thing. Now I keep a box just for that reason. After a couple days of this, I get it, throw it on his lap, the next day, the attitude is different and he apologizes says he shouldn't bring it home and take it out on me or everyone else. Bingo I tell him.
Funny, but hey it works. The look on his face the first time I did it was priceless. Wish I had had the camera ready...LOL.
Hope that put's a smile on your face.
Hugs.
SillyAnn that did give me a chuckle....thanks for that....I can only picture that face on the hubby's face!
I was just thinking this just this morning....because of my damn period, the super long stretch of PMS, that basically means that I have 2 weeks tops to have my shit together- so collectively 6 months out of the year im f*cked....

If it's making you feel that badly, your gyno should really check things out. Could be hormone problems beyond the regular period fluctuations. Ovarian cysts can be really hard to find too. Not to scare anyone, it's just worth checking out.
