My son's grandma isn't mad at us anymore and we can stay.  This gives us more time.  It is still an unstable environment so we do need to get a place of our own.


I've been working on filling out applications to get on housing waiting lists.  The wait will be long but that is the way it is.

Just my 2 cents worth if it were me I would look at this as you are a guest in your Grandma's home and you don't have to like her friends however they're her friends and it's her home...
This might make things go smoother for you ... She changed her mind this time but she might not again sweetie... If you find you don't like someone maybe you and your son can watch TV in your room or go out for the day perhaps?....

Thank you everyone. SunCloud, you are right. I will have to put up with her friend(s). I thought about my son and I going out to do something while he is here so that's we will start doing. This like when your married and you have inlaws you can't stand but have to put out with.

I agree Jenn good news but keep working on an exit plan for the short term and the long term. There is no harm in getting on waiting lists and planning for the future.....

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
