but, i think this is my poor people skills and part of my schizoaffective disorder...i don't read social cues as well as some.

It does not mean you are having an episode, it's more like a mis-fire of the chemicals in our brains

Nobody holds it against me. They know my emotions misfire at times and really they are used to it.
Are you going through an unusual amount of stress??
I tend to be at the other end of the emotional spectrum.
