So crisis team here again today. I was batty as the bat cave. I've taken 3mg of ativan and calmed down. When they came yday i was very depressed. Today I was Chatty Cathy with pressured speech and lots of wit. Like uh? I never rapid cycle. My episodes last weeks if not months. I told them the only feedback I get back is from friends so I ask my friends am I rapid cycling, or is it a mixed state?
They want me to see the shrink at the hospital. Idk whether to go or not. Idk if its a bit of a ploy getting me to the hospital.
I have never had such a rapid mood swing, if that in fact what is happening. I haven't been right since I was on the generic seroquel and then recently the generic abilify. My meds are not working g and idk why as I'm on a shed load of them. And I can't be taking 3mg of ativan everyday to try and calm down. I'm out of options med wise except risperdal again.
I darent go out. The more around people I am, the higher I become. But then I need to be out. A friend wants to meet for lunch and I want to be out out out
I feel screwed

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

I've heard this kick around before, but the quote "The only constant is change" seems to hit home the more i read about what we're all dealing with here. I think, first and foremost, your conscious recognition of potential symptoms and the potential impact is amazing. Seriously! I think that deserves credit.
I know you said that going out is going to make you higher, but if we consider that your cycling has changed, maybe the result of socialising will to. Previously it's jumped you up, maybe socialising can be used to calm things down. I'm naturally a very antisocial person, so i use socialising to calm down sometimes. The obvious thing here is to be selective about what you're doing.
Sorry for the wall of text :/ Hope to hear from you soon
