Good for you thats so awesome!!!!
I know how hard it is iv been smoking for 25yrs & im down to 1 a day, my quit date is Jan 01 2013!
Way to go!!!!! =o)
You should be very proud!!
Not sure how the E- smokes work but just curious if that's been put behind you as well. Now it's just a matter of dealing with them old urges. In my experience (I quit for three years but started again for a year) the urges and their intensity dissipate over time. Trick is just to never have another puff. Mind, set and match!
Hi Dee so glad to know you're sticking to the plan and it's working for you. Are you saving your last for the heal grind when the ball drops? I hope you'll be more focused on the kiss than what's on the bottom of your shoe. ~smiles~
Smoked a couple of times since. BUT....I vowed to never feel too guilty over it.
The illness is bad enough on its own. Congratulations and everytime you get a future pang just breathe deep and out again. It feels great having all that air.
