Twitching...?

I have several health issues but i am currently going through a manic phase and noticed that I have a lot of twitching going on, mostly when i'm trying to relax. It happens everywhere from my face down. Some of the facial twitches have been pretty strong, making me think i'm having a stroke or something because i can feel my face sagging when the muscles are going haywire

some meds can cause this - even when you stop taking them.

but if you are manic and anxious that can cause twitches.

probably not a stroke - these are the signs

F Face Drooping Does one side of the face droop or is it numb? Ask the person to smile. Is the person's smile uneven?
A Arm Weakness Is one arm weak or numb? Ask the person to raise both arms. Does one arm drift downward?
S Speech Difficulty Is speech slurred? Is the person unable to speak or hard to understand? Ask the person to repeat a simple sentence, like "The sky is blue." Is the sentence repeated correctly?
T Time to call 9-1-1 If someone shows any of these symptoms, even if the symptoms go away, call 9-1-1 and get the person to the hospital immediately. Check the time so you'll know when the first symptoms appeared..

you are right fish it's probably not a stroke but its still really scary. The only thing i have gone off med wise is valium and my dr took it away from me because i took one of my 2 pills a day before bed. Ive been off it for weeks now. Doesn't bother me because it had no effect on me when i was taking it. I literally am just chalking this all up to having mania.. it's really annoying when your trying to fall asleep but can't because your getting jerked awake by the twitching
