Recently this was laid on my lap n I'm in a dilemma as what to do or not do w info (?)
A neighbor stated that neighbor often visit her when she working out in her yard.
The neighbor being a pedifile n has more than 3 mental illness.Recently he was released from mental facility after spending 6 mo in the facility.
We both have no doubt that he burnt down 2 homes on her street n had something to do w another neighbor being murdered.
The man is 38 n according to young man he has nothing since his Mother recently passed on n in his life time he hasn't achived anything.
The young man lives right next door to her.
The man that lives across from her had defriend the young man befor the young man went into mental facility. the young man told her in detail of his plans regarding the man that lives across the street n his Mother BF.
The young man planned out in detailed about setting the neight on fire inside neighor house n burn down that man house w man inside it.
The young man has alwys lived w his Mother n took care of her BF n made sure that his Mother BF took his daily medication,who also has more than 3 mental illness who works p-t. 5 yrs ago the BF spent a yr in prison for beatting a man near to dealth. The man just arrived home & didn't wave to the Mother BF.
The Mother BF also has tried to cause her ( my friend bodily arm n has cause property damage to her car n home etc...
Anywho the young 38 yr old man stated that he would either get the Mother BF to over take his meds ( being that BF can't remember if he took his meds )
&/or the young man will set him on fire as will as Mother BF house w BF in it.
We whole heartently believe thee young man.
She know that if he is arrested he would spend time in mental facility &/or in mental facility n prison. either way the young man would have time to plot how her would murder her being that she in 1 & only 1 who the young man told these thing to. the young man will auto know that she reported him.
She doesn't know what to do w infor nor do I.
In great fear she wants to do nothing. And I don't know what to do with info or if I too should keep info to myself.
I had to have a release n input so here Iam . I have BP illness n anxiety n take p-meds.
I too am scared for my freind physical will being n her property.
Will there it is folks. Input is welcome.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
Her home is set up for person w physical disibility n she has moterizer scooter chair. she uses the chir when she out in her yard n on her patio. she has free standing n grip bars throughout her home. she even has 2 diffrent tpes of hand grip bars beside her tolit, bed n her ft rm chair. she has grab bar that hangs down over top of her bed. Basically she has no way to physically defend herself.
I apologize for such a long post.
Do you think your neighbor is safe right now? I don't think I would worry about what could happen if she reports him, I would worry about what he will do if he suddenly realizes he should NOT have told her what he is going to do. She is not safe now the way I see it.
My thoughts are that she should report him in detail and do what she can to protect herself. She cannot be sure that he has not shared this information with anyone else but he will most likely know if she does report him. Either way she is NOT safe with someone that violent minded.
My thoughts and prayers are with you both to make a decision. xo
I would ABSOLUTELY talk to authorities about her fears.. If this is all true it's a really dangerous situation to be in.. His own delusions or perceived wrongs could set him off and into acting on them..
If he acts upon them it will be too little too late..
She can let the police know how afraid she is about retaliation.. They're pro's and I'm sure have had to deal with intimidation before..x
It is very much true. God know I wish that it wasn't.
Today I email my brother w info. He is P-Nurse n works in a prision.
I feel better for haveing done so but I hope that I didn't do the wrong thing. I can't stop worry about my freind ( yes I'm talking about my freind, not myself. I would run like a bat out of hell to police dept ).
Just being that you both took time to reply also makes me feel somewhat relieved n better.
I just couldn't hold info in.
I'm clueless to what my brother will do. I know that he will do something to help her. I hope that he can n will get the young man bk into mental facility.

I'm pretty sure that is grounds for hospitalization on the basis of "threat of harm to self and others". Tell the police, and talk to a psych cop, if they have one. There was one in my neighborhood (which is skid row) - they deal with this sort of criminal because legally it's tricky. Also maybe consult some kind of community safety organization or mental health professional to see what steps people can take to be safe.
Definitely let authorities know. If the elderly woman is in danger, perhaps she could get police protection.

Yesterday, I sent my brother an email. I'm hopeing that my brother will take action.
He only checks his e mail aprox once a wk, sigh.
My brother n freind live aprox 2 hrs apart, w/in the same state.
This is too much for my mind n heart to handle.
I feel helpless n scared at sametime.
Thank you both for info. I'm going to send my brother another email to c if he can/would contact psyh officer n possible a state funded mental facility.
May be my freind will welcome a mo visit or at least a 2 wk visit. I'm thinking about going to visit her n to c if I can get her to file a report.
I will share info that everyone has provied me on here w her n my brother.
This has been n is a drain on me. for the 1st time in yrs I slept for more than 4 hrs straight. I had laid down on sofa only to rest my brain. I ended up sleeping for 6 straight hrs.
I can't help obsesing about this situration.
