On your X... don't believe his garbage. You are better than that and you have nothing to be ashamed of.
For me of the triggers of bipolar symptoms is Stress and not having a routine...if you are moving/husband moving out and getting a divorce...oh I do hope you have a therapist.
It is as far as I know against the law for parental ailaination during divorce. https://farzadlaw.com/divorce-and-child-custody/what-is-parental-alienation Or...a typical teen who's just angry about everything and everyone due to divorce.
Hang in there, what you a re experiencing is Real...I do hope you will concider staying here for support...Best to you!
Your ex needs to be supportive of you as their mother.... If he's trying to alienate your children that's child abuse
I would work with your doctor to get your bipolar under control..... It's a treatable illness but can take some time to get things under control and if you're able get a therapist as well
If you have a lawyer I would discuss having some mediation with regards to being supportive to one another as parents..... If they have time that they're to spend with you then they should be doing just that
Gentle hug.... I'm so sorry that you're hurting..... xo
