And I don't know what to do. Keep busy pffft that is easy around here since I am the one doing everything........Will is still sick and won't be done taking his treatment til the 4th of November, then it will take another 6 months for him to feel like his old self so the doctor said.
I am soooooo mad and I know it's not getting me anywhere.....I am feeling so overwhelmed with things that need to be done around here before winter....I have a cavity too and no dental insurance and there is no clinic I can go to!!! My son has anxiety issues and I am the only one he comes to because his father is a deadbeat loser and has nothing to do with him....so it's all on me.....EVERYTHING is on me and I am losing my freaking mind here!!!
Ever since I took that job and then quit that job, my anxiety has been through the roof!!!! Granted I am not working there anymore but I still have not calmed down.....I don't know if I need a med adjustment or a hospital stay at this point. sigh I feel all alone here and it scares me to no end......and my OCD is rearing it's ugly head and EVERYthing feels extremely dirty to me. Damn I could use some advice here.....I don't know what is happening to me...nothing makes sense at this point and all I do is cry!!!!!

Simple, quit fighting expecting to be your best in five minutes! If you don't feel like keeping up with the house, whether it needs it or not - it will wait till you Can get to it!
If you feel like overwhelmed crap - consider a PJ day, a nurse your wounds day, accept this is bad, and is just this October week - not the rest of your life, not November, not all week - for today, its SUCKS! ((((BIG HUG)))))
Try to take it one step at a time and be good to yourself.
Hang in there, Babe! Surrender and good things will return!
It feel like I am going to feel this way forever....When I rationalize I know that I won't but I keep bouncing all over the damn place.....this blows! My thoughts are all scattered about like ashes on a windy day......ugh
For right now, I would make a list of the things bothering you individually. Look at each one and decide what, if anything, you can do about it. You have to consider YOU first. Set boundaries for everything. You can only give Will and your son so much of your energy, so decide right now when and how you will say "NO" to some things they ask of you. Make a list of the "chores" you thing need to be done. Make a "light" schedule and complete ONE thing at a time.
You are the only one that can "quiet" your brain and bring it back into focus. Sort out your thoughts and put them in perspective. Deep breathes Tats, You can't solve all the problems around you and you have to take care of you. xo
