I do so much better when I honor my feelings and I manage better when I identify what has triggered such anguish. At times it’s the fact I’m physically been denied the right to eat and it hurts to know even when I have my medical release form stating my condition that approves my right to eat… At times it’s anger towards the system that behaves worse than any of my offenders. At times it’s been feeling unappreciated because let’s face it I wasn’t good enough of a military spouse and he underestimated my existence by denied of my parental rights and denied immediate assistance, placing me in harms way. There’s so much more I face on my own in a foreign system and cold world I know nothing about but honoring my chronic feelings behind closed doors is the kindest way to remember I have a heart. And having a place of my own to shell out these true and real emotions is a blessing. Reminds me that I am loved by higher kind of love. You’re not alone Jenniferswe and I hope you feel better soon.

jennifer, I hope you can feel support and some encouragement with this message. I know you are in a difficult time right now, but you are brave and resilient! The proof is the fact that you shared this with a group of strangers. My dad is bipolar as well, so I have experienced what it's like between the transition to a new medicine. It's a fact that it will be hard, but you are doing what you can to improve your situation. You will get there and I hope you have activities or people to comfort/help you in the meantime! Hugs. Deep breaths. It’s hard to practice patience when you feel like you do - but try and focus on basics like getting sleep at night and finding an outlet like walking or yoga stretches maybe?

Big hug Jenn...... Have you ever tried a SAD lamp.... I use one at this time of year and my pdoc says that the science supports them
