Hi all,
Tomoorrow at 10:30 a.m. I'll be in court as a plaintiff against a man who attempted to murder me as well as molested me this month. If some of you wondered why I was manic during this time you now know why.
My neighbor had gone off his meds on January 1,2009 and has been steadily plumitting into the pit of hell ever since. He thinks everyone is against him. He has delusions, hallucinations, and many other full blown symptoms. He has BPD, most likely NPD, as well as OCD, PTSD, Biploar, and Skizo.
He is extremely dangerous and I hope they lock him up. But, since he has a mental disability I think that he will use that as a defense. They will put him in the hospital, most likely, and then release him once they have him on the proper meds. I believe that if they let him out he will be worse than ever and most likely try to kill me or ruin my life in other ways.
He has an order of protection served on him that I received from the District Court on April 10th. Yet he still had the nuts to come to my door today and harass me. I didn't call the police because I'm going to face him in court tomorrow and tell them at that time. The fact that he disobeyed a direct order from the judge will help my case.
I have all my ducks in a row as much as possible...but,...
All I'm going to do is worry about what he'll do to me anymore.
