There are days I get tired of struggling with the effects of having bipolar and the medicine side effects. The medications do help the affects of this disorder. The balancing act is difficult. It helps taking one day at a time. I know you all are going through the same thing. Today, I am somewhat disorganized in my approach. I feel guilty complaining.

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

I hope you find a good balance with your doc and keep communicating until it feels tolerable.
Big squishy hug.....xo
I hear ya about putting on a brave face. I act fine. I was hospitalized and my family couldn't even believe it. I act cheerful.
Plz hang in there. I am here for u.
I get home and watch tv. Ive been watching Maid on Netflix. It’s really good for getting through dark periods. Andie McDowell acts with her real life daughter, and plays an artsy mom with undiagnosed bipolar.
Sending strength to the group. We are juggling a LOT!
