4. gentle excersise--like gentle walking or swimming--notice that I said gentle excersise--If you want to get into the more aggressive stuff, you can but take it slow.
5. Even for youngins--you look maybe about 2 years older than Cathleen--I'd suspect that keeping a reasonable schedule of events is good--not to overdo things
Cathleen has some hormonal issues--her thinking gets clouded at times--her birth control messes her up sometimes--makes her tired.
