Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
(((hugs)))
Why can't you go to the ER might I ask? I never felt very helped by crisis either. The ER is really the best place if you can't take it any more they can't refuse you.
i hope you get the right medication and support from a therapist.
i know if you're patient you can work through these things with your insurance.
remember to love yourself and hold yourself and treat your inner child to the things you enjoy.
have something good to eat and take a nice shower or hot bath.
and get some peaceful rest if you can.
do anything nice for yourself and practice meticulous self care.
pray and stay safe.
xo
it's hard, but sometimes we just have to clench our teeth and muscle through these hard times. i hope it passes for you soon.
If you want to talk about it with us that's what this support group is for. I have been suicidal before it isn't fun. You feel like you can't escape and that this feeling will never end. I hope you call your pdoc tomorrow and I hope you have a pdoc. pdoc is a psychiatrist by the way. Tdoc is therapist.
Unless there is another reason you aren't eating?
I'm sorry I don't really understand the complications with the insurance but insurances is suppose to cover hospital visits. I don't see why they wouldn't renew you just because you needed help? There won't be anything to insure if you don't get proper treatment.
as for eating, its self doing....ive been starving myself for years...its my way to keep in control..and things to myself....sleep..idk i think its fomo (fear of missing out) lol....i feel like theres more important things to do than sleeping and so i stay u until i cant anymore..even if there nothing going on lol
i know they usually are for me. i mean, basically not just usually... pretty much is every time.
If you can't do that, and still are contemplating suicide, sounds like depression with psychosis. I thought insurance was supposed to cover health issues? The more I hear these kinds of stories, the more I am glad I am Canadian.
Please eat and sleep if you won't go to the ER.
