Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

The Awareness will show you what you can put up with and what you cannot.

I think that the best answer for anyone is to do what works for you and to find that patterns of behavior (positive and appropriate) that help you find your way.

Example:
A friend of mine was homeless and got a house.
Example:
After 3 years of procrastination, I got medicaid for my son.
Example:
After the 1993 ice storm, my brother had had enough vodka and became sober.
My own problem appears to be that I have a totally different way of looking at the world then everyone else and I have to struggle with that and many times people shoot me down or criticize me for it.
Please call your doc (I know you hate those words), you don't want it to go too far. Unless, you are just venting to get it off your chest. I can certainly understand the frustration.............xo
