I'm going in to discuss what meds to be put on Tuesday but I have therapy on Monday. If I'm still in this mess I'm gonna ask my pdoc to just get me started on something. I'm actually seriously considering asking to be hospitalized for a few days. It's that bad.

Then go to emerg sweetie... or call a crisis line.... There is good help and healing to be had...x

Go to ER, if I get worse I'm going - its not the last alternative, its a good middle tool - why get worse, why suffer?

Plus inpatient, they can change meds and try things quicker than taking one a month and figuring it out! Inpatient is the best way to change meds, daily and weekly instead of Month after month..

Go sweetie - pain is inevitable, suffering is optional - LOL I don't believe that today, but most the year I do!!!! (((BIG HUG))))

Get some help sooner than Monday. The misery of being that low is not a good place to be.

I have been where you are for the past three weeks and made a big mistake not calling my pdoc right away. Getting on the right medications is the best thing you can do for yourself right now. Therapy is also a great outlet and a lot of help with the distorted thoughts and feelings. Reach out and get help before it gets even worse, you are worth it!! Big hugs.

Sorry you are in a bad way. Med tweak will help. The ER is always available too. You have options. Take care of yourself, no one else will. We are all here to help and support you.

I made it through the weekend. Going to see my therapist in an hour and a half.

Good job of making it through the weekend. Glad you are on your way to the therapist. Try a gratitude journal for the side of your bed. Maybe it will help a little. Meds will help a lot.
