i have a phone visit with the nurse tomorrow nothing really new to tell them and nothing they can do anyway i take the lamictal and of course the zyprexa a little hypomanic anyway it seems to be a little less tonight did sleep a couple hours this afternoon which helped bring me down i used lavender to relax and help me to stay down and i had some sleep fitful but rested feel better tonight hope to get a few hours sleep also took benadryl too

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
