Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I've noticed that I Do have triggers that take me up and down, though, even though I didn't notice them before....
For example, as it relates to DS...I may be in a Bad mood and my bff, Halter, will be here and meebo me, and I'll feel Immediately better. No drugs needed, lol. Or the reverse will happen, if I see my ex on here or something and he is in crisis, it makes me feel Horrible! Even when I didn't realize it.
Daily life is like that - we cycle Naturally, and with obvious triggers, and also with little triggers that we don't catch.
Isn't that just "bipolar" of us?? ...of course, I have a Very non-bipolar acquaintance on my FB page who cycled at least 3 times a day this week! lol Mad, happy, vicious, happy, depressed, happy.....
Yeah, I'm from the planet Ultradia, all right!!! I'm a SUPER rapid cycling Ultradian!!!!!
Especially on a day like today!!! I've been up all night and I've been doing that a lot lately. It makes me go from very high and happy to feeling anxious and depressed!!! I was fine fifteen minutes ago and now I'm starting to dip down!!! But if someone puts another funny video on here, I'll likely start to laugh again!!!!
Yes, it IS too much!!!! But such is our lot in life, sigh!!!
Stay happy, Texas!!!! (((((Hugs)))))
