Irish if you need help please reach out for it... We care for you dearly you know that but we can't give you the help that you need... Please go to emerg or call a crisis line sweetie... I agree with what others have said - step back from the situation and stay in touch with help lines until you're feeling better. I hope you're feeling better already

How are you now, Irish?

I am doing ok now, saw my pdoc today and he as always, was brilliant. he's so good. i can call him 24/7 and he never loses patience with me. i told the other pdoc (who was terrible) that i would not see him again. i have crashes but they are not as extreme as before so maybe i am right in thinking this new med combo is a good one. we shall see. thank you all so much.
