Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
And I am sore from starting my workout plan yesterday! ouch!
The weather is supposed to be gorgeous here today, so I am gonna go for a walk with my sister!
Have a wonderful day zany! And everyone else too!
(((hugs))) :)
My middle son-who-lives-with-me is diagnosed with aspbergers syndrome, the high functioning autism. He went through school with IEPs and lots of support from school staff. I can deal with the autism since he's a sweet guy but with autism he also has the prevalent retinitis pigmentosa and is slowly going blind. (for the last 17 years) No treatment. I hope this is something yoiui mange to avoid because it IS very hard to take. It took 5 years to get his autism diagnosis... Yes, we must look for the silver lining in all of life even if we have to put a lot of energy into looking!
I don't think emotional immaturity is part of BP. Many things come from somewhere else even though it'd be convenient to blame them all on BP.
I'll settle for a mediocre day. If my day were too heavenly I'd worry about my mood elevating!
I'm dieting...same as always. Struggling with the battle with food and exercise. My friend is going to the hospital (psych) and her daughter is in some dire need of some help with all she's going through with her Mom (my friend). So I'm praying for her, and answering any questions I can for her. The kidlets are at school, and other than that, my schedule is clear!
Hey Tommy!! It sure is tiring sometimes. When depressed I am unable to think of those things though. It's always think the worst of yourself and the world then. SIGH. Can't be perfect all the time can we?? lol. I strive to be, but fall way short I know. I guess the important thing is to keep on trying. Good day to you Tommy!! Hugs.
(Is that how you spell it? Dude I have no idea)
ZANY I FREAKING WUV YOU! I'd hate to ponder what these boards would be like without your smiley face and happy happy words! I hope your sons app goes well, hopefully it isnt too stressful for you and your little dude (ps love the name Dillon, my nephews name is Dylan!)
