I mean I know it is my PTSD being fueled by my BP or vice versa, but WHYYYYY?? My intrusive thoughts have come back. They seem to be affected by any extra medicine that I take. For instance, I started on a pain pill the other day that I received from a friend..............morphine. Last night in the bed, the thoughts and gross voice were coming and every time I tried to close my eyes and go back to sleep, I would feel this smothery feeling in my chest and like I had a weight on it. I was trying to have an anxiety attack I think. I know it wasn't my heart. So........now I am sworn off that particular pain medicine. I am already jacked up on 8mg/day of Risperdal. That is a pretty hefty dose. I just don't know what to do. I will kill myself before I entertain many thoughts of hurting Dillon. But, I don't want to die. Not by a long shot. SIGH. Why does this have to be happening to me? Just when I think I am going to be stable for a while, something fucked up happens. Thanks for listening guys.

Me.

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

Keep talking to us next time you feel panicked instead of resorting to extremes. I know I would have done some pretty bad things had I not had this place to turn to.

Your friend isn't doing you any favours. If you are still in severe pain I think you should talk to your doc
